AB 540 - California DREAMers

AB 540 had it's first small setback in court today. If you know a citizen, green card holder, or DREAMer in California and they pay in-state tuition via AB 540 they may be interested in this discussion over at the DREAM Act Portal. In the long run this may have implications on other states that offer in-state tuition based on high school attendance in the state rather than residency.
